Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

All content and materials available on NextGen.art, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of 2w Incub LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any content generated through our service is subject to our intellectual property policies. While you retain rights to your generated content, you grant 2w Incub LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NextGen.art for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of 2w Incub LLC. You agree not to use the service to produce, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2w Incub LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of NextGen.art after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
